Make a Date for Beaulieu

MAKE A DATE for the 13th Motorcycle World event taking place on 23rd and 24th June at the National Motor Museum, Beaulieu. One of the biggest and most successful motorcycle shows in the South, it attracts up to 30,000 motorcycling enthusiasts annually. This year there will be a big, outdoor screen showing coverage of the British Moto GP at Donington Park, so you can see all the weekend's biking action in one place. Headlining in the Arena for 2007 are the UK's hottest FMX riders, in an action packed display of airborne acrobatics. The machines are modified MotoX bikes with stiffer suspension designed to cope with the hard landings. The motorcycles also have a number of other modifications essential to equip them for the strains and stresses of this extreme sport. The riders are pure athletes who have taken the sport of Motor-Cross to the next level of entertainment and perform acrobatic stunts over ramps between 50 -80 feet long.
